Communicating Through An Engaging Layout
In this case study for Wholesome Cleaning Company, I focus on its layout and user experience (UX) design. As the designer behind this project, my goal was to create a website that not only effectively communicates the company's services but also offers a user friendly and intuitive browsing experience for visitors.

Layout
Optimizing Visibility and Engagement:
The website's layout strategically positions essential elements for maximum visibility and engagement. Placing the company's logo prominently in the top left-hand corner ensures brand recognition and reinforces credibility. Additionally, clear calls-to-action ("Get A Quote" and "Call Now For A Free Estimate") positioned above the navigation bar facilitate easy interaction and encourage visitors to take the next step.

Information Archetecture
Intuitive Navigation and Information Architecture:
Navigation is intuitive and straightforward, with main pages such as Home, Areas We Serve, Services, and FAQ clearly outlined. A subpage for services provides detailed descriptions of every room cleaned, enhancing transparency and guiding users to relevant information. Notably, a list of service locations and popular cleaning services is strategically placed, enabling users to quickly find the information they seek.

User Experience
Elements Contributing to User Experience
By placing emphasis on user experience, the website ensures a hassle-free browsing experience for visitors. The layout is designed to guide users through the site, from exploring services to requesting a quote or contacting the company. Clear and concise content, coupled with intuitive navigation, contributes to a positive user experience and encourages conversions.
